The chaplain works independently and cooperatively to provide spiritual, religious, and emotional support and resources for a varied population of patients, families, and staff through spiritual assessments/interventions, in accordance with hospital and departmental mission, values, and guidelines. The chaplain will provide services that are patient-centered, respectful, and compatible with developmental age and religious/cultural health beliefs and practices.
