An exceptional opportunity is available for a highly motivated and dedicated Research Assistant to support community-engaged research projects with the onWHARD (Women's Health and Reproductive Disparities) team within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The Research Assistant will work on impactful studies that are funded internally or funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), and other projects focused on women's health and health equity.
This is a unique chance to be a part of meaningful research while engaging with community members, study participants, and a large, diverse research team. The successful candidate will support in recruitment and enrollment, data and specimen collection, participant engagement, and ongoing communication with both study teams and stakeholders. Additional tasks may include supporting Community Advisory Board (CAB) activities, consenting, obtaining specimen & transport, etc.
