Provide the delivery of culturally sensitive, age-specific team-based care models in delivering nursing care for Primary Care patients including, adult medicine, pediatric, and OB/GYN patient populations at BHC, HWC, EAA, and Geriatrics ACU?s
Perform phone triage, including assessment, screening, clinical advice, nurse visits (in person/ video visit) in-clinic hands on procedures, and other duties assigned.
Accurate and efficient documentation of nursing care.
Knowledge and appropriate use of internal and external resources.
Provide functional supervision to assistive personnel; collaborate with colleagues, other disciplines, and health care/community services to promote continuity of care.

Willingness to adapt to different populations ie: pediatrics, OB/GYN, adult medicine as patient demands. Orientation and training would be provided for new subspecialties within primary care based on expansion of division
