About the Department
Technology has a profound impact on business and shaping the way it is conducted, how products and services are developed and offered, and how people interact with organizations. We believe tech is a significant enabler of value creation and innovation in business today and now is the time to build a better world within the intersection of business and tech.
With this in mind, Business+Tech is building a stronger and more connected tech community at U-M and beyond. Our vision is to develop and support a community of students, faculty, and industry leaders that contribute to making tech accessible for all.
- We curate action-based learning opportunities to advance tech literacy and competency.
- We execute technology-driven competitions for students to apply tech in partnership with leading tech and consulting companies like PwC and Deloitte.
- We generate and disseminate innovative content to expand tech literacy and demystify tech through white papers, videos, podcast episodes, and short-form articles.
