The Motivation Lab (Principal Investigator: Dr. David Conroy, PhD) in the School of Kinesiology is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator. The Motivation Lab is a dynamic learning community founded in shared values of collaboration, competence, and creativity. Our goal is to move people to live healthier and happier lives. We develop, evaluate and refine evidence-based approaches, often delivered via wearable, connected and mobile technologies, to make health behavior change enjoyable and efficient. Our Clinical Research Coordinators are responsible for developing, executing, and revising a set of protocols for participant-facing and back-end clinical trial functions. The individual in this role will have some higher-level engagement with Institutional Review Board (IRB) and finance staff, as well as administrative or functional supervision of lower-level research team members, in addition to implementing protocols developed by the investigators. The successful candidate will be reliable, conscientious, organized, interpersonally-skilled, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
