Consistently perform high quality neurophysiological monitoring in the operating room to assess the functional integrity of the central and/or peripheral nervous system during neurosurgical, orthopaedic, and vascular procedures.
Utilize multi-modality monitoring including: somatosensory evoked potentials, electromyography, transcranial motor evoked potentials, electroencephalography, brainstem auditory evoked potentials, cranial nerve monitoring, electrocorticography, and nerve conduction studies to improve the quality of patient care by preventing iatrogenic injury.
Patient care assignment may include: pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups.
