Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a complex academic medical environment is preferred. Demonstrated excellence in HR coordination and experience with faculty hiring and promotion processes is required. Familiarity with Michigan Medicine systems (e.g., Meridian, Symplr, Wolverine Access, ART, Cornerstone) and policies is strongly preferred. Must exhibit exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and independent problem-solving capacity. Strong communication and mentoring skills are critical to success.
