Job Summary

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Research Assistant for a national survey research project. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking longitudinal panel participants, coding participant statuses, and preparing personalized mailings.

Responsibilities*

 

Conduct tracking of longitudinal survey respondents using internet based search software; Assist in preparing personalized multipart questionnaire mailings and remailings; open, check and log returned questionnaires; perform additional project-related tasks as needed, including assisting with other mailings.

Required Qualifications*

 
  • High school education and at least 1-2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience enter data accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member to accomplish goals
  • Must be self-motivated, willing to learn new skills, and able to work independently

Desired Qualifications*

 
  • Bachelor's degree in a social science
  • Experience working on a survey research data collection project
