We are looking for a personable, self-motivated, and organized Clinical Research Assistant to help with recruitment activities for a large, multi-year clinical trial testing the efficacy of behavioral interventions on alcohol misuse and related outcomes among a diverse population of teens. Key job responsibilities include approaching and collecting data from pediatric patients and their parents using a remote recruitment approach (phone calls, texts, emails, letters), conducting chart review, and completing various quality assurance, data entry, and data cleaning tasks. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in public health and/or psychology, as well as those interested in gaining hands-on experience in clinical research and patient interaction before applying to graduate or medical school.
