Responsibilities*

 
  • Supporting Pharmacy administrative needs at Michigan Medicine Specialty Pharmacy
  • Triage phone and email inquiries
  • Conference room scheduling
  • Ordering and putting away supplies
  • Sorting and distributing mail 
  • Create/maintain blue folders 
  • Assist with licensure validation for staff
  • Ordering and maintaining supplies, including equipment requests
  • Prepare receipts for deposits as needed
  • Exhibit excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate initiative, independent judgement, attention to detail as well as the ability to prioritize work
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Qualifications*

 
  • High school diploma and 4+ years administrative experience (Senior Level). 2-4 years administrative experience (Intermediate Level)
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to compose professional correspondence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:00p

Background Screening
