The Department of Pathology at Michigan Medicine has an open Research Investigator position to join our faculty in Ann Arbor, MI. Successful candidate will have expertise in chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing, high-throughput CRISPR-interference screening of regulatory elements, and other advanced methods will be essential to the success of this laboratory new R01-funded project. Candidate will conduct experiments, analyze data, write papers, and contribute to grant applications. They will also provide experienced hands-on leadership and supervision to more junior lab members.

• This position requires a PhD
• Must be an experienced researcher, with at least 5 years
• Have hands-on experience with leadership and supervision
• Must have experience in chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing
• Experience in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
• Be an expert in the study of gene regulation by distal enhancers and other chromatin-based mechanisms
