Responsibilities*

 

Responsible for oversight management of a portfolio of oncology clinical trials. Analyzes and coordinates the schedule, timeline, and staff training on a per study basis. Leads and guides the work of technical staff. May serve as a point of contact for the Principal Investigator. Communicates with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives, specifically identifies project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules. Confers with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Plans, schedules, or coordinates project activities to meet deadlines. Creates project status presentations for delivery to leadership or project personnel. Ensures team compliance with departmental policies and systems. May be involved in education/mentorship. 100% remote work-from-home.

Required Qualifications*

 

Requires Master's degree in Clinical Research Administration +3 years of academic clinical research administration experience in oncology focused on therapeutic intent: managing investigator-initiated and industry study protocols; conducting data management using Velos, eResearch, Rave EDC, and Epic EMR; assisting with clinical trial from the site initiation visit to conducting and closing the trial; preparing for internal and external audits; implementing corrective and preventative action plan(s); and training team members in data entry, adverse event abstraction, protocol deviation reporting, SAE reporting, and DSM report completion.

Background Screening
