The cover letter should address your specific interest in the position and outline skills and experience that directly relate to this position.</p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>The Office of Financial Aid is looking for a Financial Aid Officer Associate who will have a basic understanding of financial aid and customer service to assist students, parents/supporters, outside agencies, faculty and staff regarding financial aid in general and the application process. The Financial Aid Officer Associate will report to the Assistant Director.</p><h2>Responsibilities*</h2><ul><li>You will be a representative of the Office of Financial Aid to students, parents/supporters, outside agencies, faculty and staff either through direct contact, emails, phone, text messaging, and at presentations regarding financial aid in general and the application process.</li><li>You will demonstrate administrative capability as a financial aid administrator by ensuring policies comply with Federal and State regulations.</li><li>You will maintain a working knowledge of financial aid rules and regulations.
