Serve as administrative coordinator for a large, interdisciplinary research team. Work closely with the Project Director, MPIs, vendors, and multiple externally-based co-investigators to support all aspects of project logistics, including scheduling team meetings, managing IRB submissions and related human subjects research protocols, monitoring project activities (e.g., coordination with survey research operations, fieldwork vendors, and core laboratories), creating weekly progress reports, and supporting the crafting of progress reports to NIH. This role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, able to work independently, able to problem-solve issues as they arise, and is able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners.
