The Administrative Project Coordinator is a unique, highly collaborative role within the LSA Major Gifts team, partnering closely with the Administrative Partner and Annual Giving/College Connections teams and working across Advancement. The Administrative Project Coordinator works with the Director of Major Gifts and all LSA gift officers to support and accelerate our work closing major and principal gifts for college priorities and is responsible for writing and creating communications for both external and internal audiences related to major gifts work and management of internal team processes. The administrative project coordinator also works with the Annual Giving Team on Giving Tuesday and Giving Blueday, the college's two 24-hour days of giving, and with the Administrative Partner Team on process documentation, expense processing, and other administrative tasks.

Specific responsibilities include:
In this role, you will:
- Partner with the major gifts team to accelerate major gifts efforts to support college priorities, such as student scholarships, programs supporting student health and well-being, and faculty research.
- Become a content and resource expert in different areas of the college related to fundraising.
- Provide key administrative support for Giving Tuesday and Giving Blueday.
You'll report directly to the Director of Major Gifts with a secondary reporting line to the Administrative Manager.
