This Briarwood Ambulatory Care Unit (ACU) is a Patient Centered Medical Home in the Division of Pediatrics and OB/GYN, which provides team-based primary care to adult and pediatric patients. The primary mission of the ACU is to provide timely, high-quality, evidence-based, empathetic care to a population of diverse patients while also upholding the academic mission of Michigan Medicine through the education of medical students and residents. • Prior Cadence and MiChart/Epic experience
• Previous experience in an ambulatory care clinical setting
• Experience working within a large, complex healthcare setting
• Knowledge of university policies & procedures
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of insurance carrier requirements

This is a full-time position; Monday - Friday; shift hours are from 8am ? 4:30pm (shift hours could potentially change based on the operational needs and required meetings). 

• Monday: 7:30AM - 6PM
• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30AM - 5PM
• Wednesday: 7:30AM - 7PM
• Rotating Saturday hours from 7:30AM - 12PM

The position is located in the Back & Pain Center located at the Burlington Building (325 East Eisenhower Parkway; Suite 310, Ann Arbor MI 48108).
