The Data and Quality Improvement Project Manager will oversee multiple projects/initiatives/programs to support clinical care/operations, quality improvement, and research activities focused on pediatric populations and populations with diabetes and metabolic disease. The individual in this role requires the ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of leadership, clinicians, clinical staff, project managers, and business intelligence/data analysts to create and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making for the Department of Pediatrics and the Caswell Diabetes Institute.
Key responsibilities include project management to support the development of data products and data governance for the Health Metrics and Learning Health Systems Program for the Department of Pediatrics and the Caswell Diabetes Institute (CDI), as well as support for local and national Quality Improvement activities focused on Pediatric Diabetes. This position will report to Dr. Joyce Lee, Associate Chair for Health Metrics and Learning Health Systems for the Department of Pediatrics and Associate Director of Clinical Innovation and Informatics for the Caswell Diabetes Institute.
