Job Summary

 

The Division of Hospital Medicine - Michigan Medicine is seeking board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine physicians interested in becoming part of a large hospitalist group. This group consists of 90+ hospitalists in addition to 30+ advance practice providers serving across 10 unique services providing a variety of care models. We are interested in candidates who will complement our culture of collaboration, compassion, and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient, as well as serving the needs of the hospital. ACLS certification is required. 

Required Qualifications*

 

The ideal candidate should have an M.D. or D.O. degree and postgraduate clinical training.  They should hold or have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the State of Michigan as well as be board certified or board eligible. Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with other clinicians. Excellent communication skills are essential. Evidence of clinical competence and competence in clinical and didactic teaching is expected.
