The Kaczorowski lab at the University of Michigan is recruiting post-doctoral scholars to study the synaptic architecture and function of hippocampal and cortical cell types including circuit level computations that promote the cognitive resilience to Alzheimer's disease and related neurodegenerative dementias. The Kaczorowski lab utilizes cutting-edge neuroanatomical, neuroimaging, computational, and behavioral genetic approaches to identify the circuit changes that support `normal? cognition despite inheritance of causal mutations.
