Course description: SWE 380 - Software Engineering: In-depth treatment of modeling techniques suitable for developing complex large-scale software-intensive systems ranging from large information systems to embedded systems.  Key tasks comprising the entire software lifecycle, structured and object-oriented modeling techniques for requirements analysis and software design.  Use cases, CRC cards, data flow diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, methods for software testing.  Includes semester-long analysis and design project for hands-on experience. Graded ABCDE

• Currently enrolled at the University of Michigan-Flint as an undergraduate student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Successful completion of SWE 380 - Software Engineering or an equivalent course with a grade of B or better.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

   

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet established grading deadlines.

Hybrid
