The Program Manager, LGBTQ+ Health and Complex Family Planning Programs is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of innovative clinical, educational, and community-engaged programs that support reproductive health, patient access, and LGBTQ+ health equity initiatives. This role provides strategic, operational, programmatic, and financial leadership for multidisciplinary programs and serves as a key liaison among healthcare providers, executive leadership, researchers, patients, and community organizations.
The Program Manager develops program goals, budgets, operational plans, and resource strategies to ensure successful achievement of program objectives. The position exercises substantial independent judgment in analyzing complex issues, establishing priorities, implementing initiatives, and making decisions that significantly impact clinical operations, patient experience, and organizational outcomes.
