BMC2 is a collaborative consortium dedicated to improving the quality of care and outcomes in patients who undergo cardiovascular procedures across the State of Michigan. Support for BMC2 is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network as part of the BCBSM Value Partnerships Program.
The BMC2 Community Engagement Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key program deliverables for BMC2 and related cardiovascular registry initiatives, including the new Heart Failure Quality Improvement Program. Reporting to the BMC2 Community Engagement Director, this role will manage timelines, work plans, documentation, tracking tools, shared resources, and cross-functional workflows to ensure program priorities are completed accurately and on schedule.
The position will collaborate with leadership, clinical faculty, analysts, program staff, participating sites, trainees, and external partners to support registry initiatives, meetings, webinars, conferences, stakeholder activities, engagement tracking, and process improvements. This role will also assist with translating clinical, research, quality improvement, and registry information into clear deliverables - including reports, presentations, newsletters, web content, event materials, and program updates - for varied audiences.
