As Program Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive support and coordination for Sanger programs. You will contribute to our positive and inclusive work community by building trusting partnerships across the school, continually learning, and creating impactful experiences for our stakeholders. You will approach work with a commitment to community, equity, and inclusion in mind. You will support a portfolio of 3-5 leadership development programs of varying complexity, including: The Michigan Ross Leader Endorsement, Leadership Crisis Challenge, the Ross Leaders Academy, the Sanger Advisory Board and Collaboration Lab, with the opportunity to support other Sanger programs as need and personal interest arise.
This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with an expectation of three days per week on-site. The role may require occasional on-call responsibilities and work outside standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain that authorization throughout employment.
