Responsibilities*

 

This position would provide event planning services for outstanding and upcoming investitures as well as helping to coordinate and plan conferences and departmental events. This would involve coordinating all aspects of events including identifying dates, confirming leadership availability, coordinating space and catering, sending invitations and announcements out and working with leadership and their support.

Required Qualifications*

 

Ten or more years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting faculty in a healthcare setting.  Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.  Ability to exercise judgment in setting priorities along with the ability to multitask, take direction and communicate effectively with faculty and staff.  Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and within a team environment.  Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.  High School diploma required.

Background Screening
