Michigan Medicine's Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, Kellogg Eye Center is dedicated to improving lives worldwide by enhancing vision. Located in culturally rich southeastern Michigan, the department has over 100 clinical and research faculty and more than 500 employees in 10 different locations surrounding beautiful Ann Arbor. We seek to enhance our faculty by adding a clinician-scientist member to our retina service to work in a dynamic and creative academic environment. Opportunities for partnering with other disciplines exist, and the ideal candidate will be interested in innovative program development that addresses the clinical and research needs of our patients. Contributions toward teaching and administration are highly valued.

This position is posted as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor. The rank of the selected candidate will depend upon candidate's qualifications.

Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.  Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
