Job Summary

 

The Jones Family Center is a gathering space for patients and families at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. This role involves welcoming families, setting up/cleaning up crafts of the day, stocking crafts and snacks, some donation sorting and supporting our Giving Library within the space, ensuring cleanliness of the space, and providing a supportive environment for families during their hospital stay.

Required Qualifications*

 

High School Diploma/GED.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, detail oriented and autonomous. 

 

Modes of Work

 

Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.

Work Schedule

 

Hours: Ability to work Tuesday afternoons/evenings from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. for the Fall. Opportunity to continue into the winter semester if schedule permits.

Hours/Week: 8.0 to 20.0 hours per week
