OPEN is seeking an experienced Warmline Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for the OPEN Warmline - a same-day telehealth service that provides rapid access to buprenorphine for Michigan residents with opioid use disorder (OUD). This role is responsible for overseeing Warmline nursing and case management services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, and leading initiatives to improve patient access, care coordination, and clinical outcomes. The Warmline Manager will also maintain the clinical expertise needed to provide direct patient care and serve as backup clinical coverage during periods of increased demand or staffing needs.
The Warmline Manager will analyze clinical and operational performance data, identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness, and lead quality improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health specialists, and community partners, this individual will evaluate clinical workflows, monitor key performance measures, and implement evidence-based practices that strengthen patient care and support the continued growth of the Warmline program.
This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work 2?3 days per week at the North Campus Research Complex in Ann Arbor. Current operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; working hours may evolve as the Warmline expands.
