Michigan Medicine's Radiology 3D Imaging Lab is seeking a highly motivated imaging professional with a strong background in CT and/or MRI and an advanced understanding of cross-sectional anatomy to join our specialized 3D Advanced Imaging Team. The 3D Imaging Lab provides clinically relevant visualization, analysis, and post-processing of complex medical imaging data, supporting both adult and pediatric patient care across the University of Michigan Health System and external healthcare partners.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CT and MRI imaging principles, scanning technology, and cross-sectional anatomy to create high-quality, advanced 3D reconstructions and post-processed images that aid in diagnostic interpretation, patient management, and pre-operative planning. Working closely with radiologists and referring physicians, you will play a critical role in transforming imaging datasets into clinically meaningful visualizations that support complex medical and surgical decision-making.
The ideal candidate is an ARRT-registered technologist with advanced certification in CT and/or MRI, strong clinical imaging experience, and exceptional knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Success in this role requires attention to detail, critical thinking, technical proficiency, and a passion for utilizing advanced imaging technologies to improve patient outcomes.
