Advanced degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related field.
Progressively responsible professional experience (5+ years) in student academic affairs, student conduct, academic advising, student records, or a closely related area within higher education.
Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive cases requiring sound judgment, discretion, and adherence to policy, equity, and confidentiality.
Experience collaborating with faculty and academic departments, including providing guidance on policy interpretation and academic integrity concerns.
Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and develop staff.
Proven track record of operational improvement and innovation.
Knowledge of academic policies and governmental regulations, including FERPA
Strong organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to manage multiple workflows, assess trends, and contribute to data-informed decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex policies clearly to students, faculty, and staff.
