The University of Michigan School of Nursing (UMSN) invites applications for full-time, 12-month clinical track faculty positions, beginning in the 2027-2028 academic year. We seek accomplished clinical scholars with a strong background in nursing practice, demonstrated expertise in advanced practice roles, and a proven record of teaching and scholarship.
Faculty will be responsible for didactic and/or clinical instruction in the following undergraduate specialty areas:
- Behavioral Health Nursing
- Medical-Surgical Nursing
- Obstetrics Nursing
- Pediatric Nursing
All undergraduate courses are delivered in person. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in clinical education, healthcare delivery, and student mentorship. Preferences will be given to applicants with active clinical engagement and a passion for integrating practice, teaching and scholarship.
