Position Overview:
This position is a member of the Ambulatory Care Project Management Office. The primary objective of this role is to enable the vision, mission, and values of Michigan Medicine, as well as help to effectively develop, drive and support organizational and/or initiative change management strategy within the complex, dynamic environment of the health system. The individual must have the skill set and experience to enable them to operate with wide discretion and independent judgment in our highly complex and matrixed environment.
Strategic Initiatives:
Accountability for designing, implementing and evaluating systems impacted by strategic initiatives; assist with the development and implementation of short- and long-term tactics. This individual will contribute with the goal of enhancing the effectiveness of initiatives, standardizing tools, templates, mechanisms and methodologies that will ultimately deliver more value with lower costs. This will include monitoring progress and performance against the project plan, identifying and resolving operational problems, and minimizing delays.
