Develop analytical plans and conduct statistical analyses using R, SAS, and other software as needed. Analyses may include but are not limited to linear and logistic regression, survival analysis, mixed models, propensity score methods, multiple imputation, and more advanced analysis techniques.
Create tables, figures, and graphs for presentation and publication. Contribute to the analysis sections of grants and papers.
Conduct power analyses and other analyses needed in relation to grant preparation.
Assist in maintenance, updating, and compilation of a variety of complex linked databases, including longitudinal databases. Create new derived variables, run checks on existing data, and create de-identified datasets for data sharing.
Assist with creation and maintenance of documentation for databases, including detailed descriptions of contents and created variables.
Advise other team members and provide programming and data analysis support for trainees. Interact with investigators, data managers, students, and other analysts.
