The SWAT Supervisor provides operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for the Specialized Workforce for Acute Transport (SWAT) program. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Director, the Supervisor partners with the SWAT Medical Director and interdisciplinary leaders to oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospitals and clinical environments.
This position is responsible for supporting 24/7 SWAT operations, including critical care transport, moderate sedation services, MOVE response, and other specialized clinical services. The Supervisor provides leadership for staffing, quality and safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, workforce development, operational efficiency, and strategic program growth while promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
