The College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) Career Success Hub is seeking up to four enthusiastic and motivated students to serve as Peer Career Coaches (PCCs) for the 2026-2027 academic year. In this role, PCCs will provide peer-to-peer career support, helping fellow students build confidence, strengthen career readiness skills, and connect with Career Success Hub resources.
PCCs will work closely with the Director of Student Engagement for Career Success to coach CECS students on co-op/internship/job searching, develop or enhance career programs and resources, and support administrative tasks. This is a paid, on-campus leadership opportunity that provides valuable professional development and applied experience.
