BMC2 is a collaborative consortium dedicated to improving the quality of care and outcomes in patients who undergo cardiovascular procedures across the State of Michigan. BMC2 is developing a new heart failure registry, which will take a population health-based approach to measuring outcomes and improving quality of care for patients with heart failure. The new registry will bring together diverse stakeholders including patients, specialists, primary care physicians, and pharmacists. Support for BMC2 is provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network as part of the BCBSM Value Partnerships Program.
BMC2 is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and event support in a dynamic and collaborative environment to support this new initiative entitled BMC2-HF.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with initiative, sound judgment, follow-through, and diplomacy. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
This role will report to the BMC2 Administrative Manager and supports the daily operations of the unit and works closely with internal staff, senior leaders, external partners and current members of the BMC2 team. This role will help shape the strategic direction of the initiative while supporting day-to-day operations as the program matures.
