The Troy Medical Campus will be University of Michigan Health's first clinical presence in the Oakland County market. Job Summary
The Administrative Manager Intermediate of the Troy Center for Specialty Care reports to the Administrative Director of the Troy Campus of Michigan Medicine, and partners with the Troy Campus Medical Directors and Nurse Supervisors for overall performance and management of the associated departments.
This position has dedicated effort to provide administrative leadership and operations management to the following departments: Infusion, Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Perioperative Services in a moderately sized, complex outpatient clinic. Specific department oversight is subject to change and cross coverage of additional departments at the Troy Campus may be assigned as needed to provide continuation of leadership. Additionally, this role will provide leadership in guiding, implementing, and supporting service line and departmental operational initiatives and innovative, efficient care delivery models at Michigan Medicine, with a strong focus on expanding access, driving strategic growth, and optimizing the patient
