The Supervisor provides operational, technical, and personnel leadership for three areas of Pediatric Diagnostic Services ? electrocardiogram (ECG) and ambulatory rhythm monitoring, exercise testing and therapy, and remote monitoring of cardiac implanted electronic devices (CIEDs). This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered diagnostic services. The supervisor serves as a key liaison among faculty, staff, and leadership while maintaining direct clinical responsibilities in the labs. The role also supports quality improvement initiatives, staff development, equipment management, and program growth to meet the needs of pediatric cardiology patients and families, including exercise-based interventions for children with congenital heart disease, telemedicine exercise programming, health-promotion initiatives, and active participation in regional and national research.
