Assist with House Officer recruitment and orientation
Support to Program Director and oversight of GME Program Administrator Associate, including supervision responsibilities
Collaborates in management, interpretation, and analysis, and makes recommendations of certain aspects of the residency or fellowship program and implements changes approved by program leadership.
Prepares, coordinates, and monitors residency or fellowship related administrative activities through the application of broad GME knowledge, practices and principles in conjunction with, or occasionally on behalf of, the Program Director.
Assists, tracks, and organizes residency or fellowship related administrative activities through applying fundamental knowledge in conjunction with the Program Directors.
Administrative support such as calendaring, meeting scheduling, and event planning related to program needs for the Residency Program Director.
Grand Rounds support, including MiCME management, scheduling, on-site set-up, and communication.
Other duties as assigned
