About the Ross IT Department
The Ross IT Department provides the Michigan Ross community with a comprehensive suite of technologies, web-based business solutions, and support to help our instructional, research, administrative, and service missions. Additionally, the admissions operations team supports the school's degree admissions processes and vendor relationships. Many core IT services are organized centrally.
Purpose
Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer and Chief Operation Officer, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for establishing strategies, long-range goals, plans, and policies relating to information technology. The CIO will oversee a team of approximately 40 professionals supporting operations in Ann Arbor and Los Angeles. The team is dedicated to developing and implementing best-in-class application and web development, support services, classroom and event services, admissions operations, and the technical infrastructure, which is largely cloud-based.
