Position Responsibilities Criteria (leadership and behavioral qualities expected in this position):
- Considerable knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in custodial services
- Experience with progressive or corrective discipline in a professional environment for bargained for employees.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.
Working Conditions:
This position requires flexibility in working hours including days, evenings, midnights, and weekends.
Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 12a-8:30a
Physical Requirements:
This position routinely moves items weighing up to 25 pounds.
