? Accurate and efficient documentation of nursing care.
? Knowledge and appropriate use of internal and external resources.
? This RN position is essential in managing acute and chronic patient care for pre/post-transplant patients. Provide skilled observations, telephone triage and health assessments of patients including history, appropriate interventions, and referrals.
? Manage patients post procedural and/or for IV infusion therapy.
? Foster continuity of care and facilitate transitions across outpatient and community providers on patient population.
? Maintain knowledge of all applicable regulatory laws and requirements, including HIPAA, CMS Conditions of Participation, The Joint Commission, and UNOS to ensure regulatory compliance in nursing practice.

? Willingness to adapt to different populations within Transplant Center after successful Orientation.
