THIS IS A FULL-TIME (40 HRS/WEEK) 2-YEAR TERM-LIMITED APPOINTMENT
The Curriculum Research Coordinator will support the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the Sexual Citizenship Project curriculum at the University of Michigan. This two-year, term-limited position integrates curriculum design, trauma-informed educational practice, student engagement, program evaluation, and qualitative research to advance a university-wide initiative focused on sexual agency, sexual health education, gender-based violence prevention, and campus culture change.
Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, peer facilitators, and campus partners, the Curriculum Research Coordinator will help ensure curriculum quality, fidelity, accessibility, and responsiveness to evolving student needs. The position requires experience in curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, facilitation support, and qualitative assessment within higher education, prevention education, or related settings.
In addition, the Coordinator will manage operational aspects of curriculum implementation, including project timelines, implementation documentation, scheduling systems, and cross-functional coordination among university stakeholders. The role will also lead the development and enhancement of the Peer Facilitator Program, including facilitator training, supervision structures, and partnerships with campus prevention and wellness organizations.
