The Training Specialist Senior serves as the primary lead for training and development within Nursing Clerical Services, part of Central Staffing Resource (CSR). This role is responsible for identifying the skills and training needs of the clerical team , designing and delivering structured education programs, and supporting onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing development of inpatient unit clerks and clerical staff across supported units.
The position plays a key role in promoting standardized practices, supporting operational and organizational initiatives, and ensuring clerical staff are prepared to meet workflow, regulatory, and patient experience expectations.
This role also serves as the Safety Liaison for Clerical Services, supporting a culture of safety, compliance, and staff readiness.
This is an onsite position.
