The LSA Opportunity Hub within the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA) is looking for a Mentorship Program Manager. The LSA Opportunity Hub is a transformative career center dedicated to supporting liberal arts and sciences students. It supports them as they develop their professional identities and aspirations by providing career coaching, internship funding, and connections to our global network of alums.

The Role

The LSA Mentorship Program pairs current LSA undergraduates with LSA alums in a 1-1 match to support students as they activate the alum network to advance their career development. As the Mentorship Program Manager, you will lead the LSA Mentorship Program and develop growth strategies to ensure LSA students have access to career mentorship. You will deliver an inclusive, impactful experience that connects students and alum, expands access for historically underserved populations, and supports students' career exploration and professional development.

• Program Strategy & Scale: Design, scale, and evaluate an inclusive mentorship model.
• Ensure Equitable Access: Implement targeted strategies and collaborate with campus partners to expand program reach.
• Program Management: Lead the daily operations and execution of the mentorship program.
• Student Experience: Facilitate meaningful learning experiences and provide direct coaching to student participants to deepen reflection, career readiness, and engagement.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise student staff to support program operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing student-facing programs, including design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and execute complex initiatives.
• 1+ years of experience analyzing data to assess program effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Demonstrated experience communicating across diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information from various stakeholders and strategically connect it to make strategic recommendations or connections.

• Experience in higher education, alum engagement, student support, mentorship, or career development.
• Experience designing and facilitating a mentorship program or other educational experiences for students, including coaching, advising, mentoring, or teaching.
• Proficiency using digital tools, databases, CRMs, or project management platforms to document engagement activities, manage outreach efforts, and support strategic decision-making.
• Proven track record of supporting inclusive environments and expanding access for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
