- Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Four or more years of progressively responsible student services, or related experience.
- Significant experience tracking detailed and confidential information.
- Experience supporting students, faculty, staff, or other stakeholders in an academic, nonprofit, public service, or similarly complex service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe products, or similar platforms, with the ability and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities.
- Commitment to providing responsive, respectful, and inclusive service to students, faculty, staff, and other community members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in an environment that values service, planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Comfort navigating change, ambiguity, and evolving priorities with flexibility and professionalism.
