This position is responsible for performing administrative work in the department of Facilities & Operations. They will coordinate the use of conference rooms, services or equipment; assist in data entry related to fiscal duties duties, equipment records, preventative maintenance, work orders and attendance in accordance with department procedures and forms; maintain detailed logs; represent the department in administrative matters.
Additionally, this position is the primary point of contact for the department and is responsible for answering phones, emails and in person inquiries. The person in this position will enter work orders, contact technicians in the field via phone or radio and contact vendors for elevator or waste management services.
