Job Summary

 

Administers special projects or activities. May conduct studies, prepare reports, prepare project plans and maintain records, advise departments, ensure regulatory or company policy compliance for special projects or ongoing programs.

 

Responsibilities*

 
  • Act as a liaison between the d3c managing director, team members, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, and reports using project management softward (i.e., Asana)
  • Coordinate and schedule meeetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
  • Monitor project expenses, facilitate purchases and budget tracking

Required Qualifications*

 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in project coordination or project managment
  • Demostrated experiece managing or supporting multiple concurren projects with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
