Job Summary

The Intend-to-Attend (I2A) team supports 8th-12th grade students throughout the State of Michigan as they explore various postsecondary options, including vocational school, community college, and four-year college/university. This work aligns with the State of Michigan's Sixty by 30 goal, aiming for 60% of Michigan residents to obtain some kind of postsecondary degree by 2030. I2A's initiatives involve three central elements: tailored virtual coaching and essay writing support, digital tools to reach students to scale, and a continuously expanding array of learning opportunities.

The Project Manager will join the LSA Student Recruitment team and will manage, coordinate, and evaluate I2A's current program initiatives, and brainstorm future directions. This individual will also co-supervise I2A's undergraduate student staff. They will collaborate closely with U-M units including the Center for Educational Outreach (CEO), Wolverine Pathways, U.P. Scholars, and more, as well as region/community-based partners throughout the State of Michigan. Supervision will be received by the LSA Student Recruitment's Assistant Director of Outreach and will work closely with them and the undergraduate recruitment team to meet the needs and goals of I2A.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a three-year term-limited appointment with the possibility of renewal contingent on your satisfactory performance and conduct, the availability of work, and continued funding.
