- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a related role developing communications and strategies to meet measurable goals.
- Proficiency in WordPress and Drupal website content management systems and using basic HTML.
- Outstanding writing skills in a variety of formats, ranging from news and feature articles to web content and video scripts.
- Excellent editing and proofreading abilities.
Ability to use Adobe (i.e., Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator) and the Microsoft Office (i.e., Word and Excel) and Google (i.e., docs, spreadsheets, and slides) suites.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of communications strategies for continuous improvement.
Ability to create and edit videos.
