The U-M Medical School Office of Communication is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Administrative Coordinator to perform a wide range of administrative and project coordination activities to support the U-M Medical School Office of Communications as part of the Department of Communication administrative team.
This position reports directly to the Medical School Communication Director with a dotted line to the Medical School Communications Community of Practice Lead.
Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented and willing to work on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have outstanding interpersonal skills, judgment and discretion and solid experience in making independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and prioritizing work. It will be essential for the candidate to work well within a team, have a strong and responsible work ethic, and possess a high level of professionalism.
